Please understand this option relates to postage service and does not prioritise your order. Orders are processed in sequence of receive time.

Q: How long is delivery taking?
Local (Australia):
Standard letter mail - approximately 2 weeks
Standard Tracked mail - approximately 7 - 10 business days
Express Tracked mail - approximately 5 to 7 business days

Standard letter mail - approximately 4 weeks to be delivered
Standard Tracked mail- approximately 2 weeks
Express Tracked mail - approximately 10 business days
Q: Are you shipping to my country?
Local (Australia): Mail continues as per normal
International: Yes! We ship to most international destinations, however, there are some countries that still are not accepting mail - if you are unable to checkout, please contact us.
Q: What are your shipping rate tiers?
Local Australia: Letter Mail - FREE* (up to 250g)
Local Australia: Tracked Mail - starts at $9.90 for orders up to 500g

International: Letter Mail - AUD $5.00
International: Tracked Mail - starts at AUD $15.50 for orders up to 300g

Please check the email address you have entered is correct. You can also check junk / spam folders, or ensure your mailbox is not full and unable to receive emails. Orders with incorrect address information cannot be replaced.
Q: Where is my Order?
Local (Australia): Orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and will only be considered missing after 4 weeks from date of shipment
International: Orders can take 20 days to +4 weeks to be delivered depending on the service you chose, and will only be considered missing after 8 weeks from date of shipment
We are unable to advise where your order is unless you have purchased the tracked option at checkout
Q: Do you process refunds or replace items?
Refunds or replacements will be reviewed and will only be provided for valid reasons that include visual proof.
A 10% admin fee will be deducted and shipping cost is excluded from refund.

All our pricing is in accordance with Australia Post contractual guidelines - we offer competitive shipping based on the special rates we receive from Australia Post which are based on destination, parcel sizing and parcel weights.
Other discounted rates such as FREE tracked shipping, or the AUD $10.00 International discounted rate for orders over AUD $125.00 are an exclusive offer by Marshmallow Studio as an incentive for our customers.
